When you come to train with us, the first thing we do is get to know each other. We want to know who you are, why you’re coming to us, and what motivates or hinders you. Based on your personal situation, we set your goals together, both for the short and long term.
These goals can be both physical and mental. We record your physical starting point, so that we can see your progress over time and make any necessary adjustments to your training or nutrition. We remain flexible in training and nutrition, because we know that one week is not the same as another.
