About Gijs Hogenkamp
As the founder of Move and Improve, I have been passionately dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental fitness of my clients since 2011. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience and knowledge in the fitness industry and have developed my own effective training methods.
As a personal trainer and coach, I highly value a comprehensive approach that combines physical training, nutritional guidance, and mental coaching to assist my clients in achieving their personal fitness goals and enhancing their overall well-being.
With my expert guidance and individualized approach, I have already helped many people improve their lifestyle and achieve their objectives. Hi, I’m Nathalie Dijkstra, a Personal Trainer at Move & Improve.
When you train with me, you can expect a dynamic workout specifically tailored to your body and goals. We will achieve the maximum results in a way that makes you feel comfortable.
In addition to my great passion for sports (fitness, dancing, tennis, boxing, and recently started calisthenics), I also have a background in psychology. As a coach, I can work with you to address your habits, behavior change, mindset, and nutrition.
Describing myself as a positive and motivating trainer, I will be there to support you, push you when necessary, and teach you how to train consciously. My expertise lies in functional strength training and regaining self-confidence in your body, as well as shaping and strengthening it.
