When you come to train with us, we start by getting to know each other. We want to understand who you are, why you’ve chosen us, and what motivates or hinders you. Based on your personal situation, we collaboratively set your goals, both short-term and long-term. These goals can encompass both physical and mental aspects because our objective is to help you become the best version of yourself.
We document your initial physical condition so that we can monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your training or nutrition. We place great value on flexibility in both training and nutrition because every week is different, and we aim to keep you motivated. Exercise should be enjoyable, or at the very least enjoyable enough for you to keep coming back while leaving with a sense of satisfaction each time.
